7:00pm Drinks reception
7:30pm Dinner in Hall

The College bar will be open after dinner, card payment only

Sunday 15 September

8.30-9.30am Breakfast in Hall for those staying in College
9.15-9.45am Communion Service

Accommodation:

The College is delighted to offer bed and breakfast in student accommodation for the night of Saturday 14 September.

B&B Single in a student room - £35.00 per person, a small number of twins are available - please indicate on your booking and we will be in touch if we cannot provide a twin room
You can collect the keys to your room from the Lodge at any time after 2.00pm
For those staying overnight, breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am in Hall
Rooms need to be vacated by 10am on Sunday morning and keys returned to the Lodge

Black Tie (no gowns)

Ticket prices:

Dinner: £50 per person
Accommodation: £35 per person

An online booking fee of £1.50 is payable per transaction

Cancellations: please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend an event. Refunds can be requested for cancellations made prior to Friday 6 September 2024.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings or card payments by phone, bank transfers or by cheque. Please make sure you inform us of any dietary, access or other requirements at the time of booking.
