Meeting Room and Lecture Space
We have a number of Oxford College Lecture rooms available for meetings and events to suit a variety of needs. Whether you are looking for an educational programme requiring teaching rooms; an informal meeting room for collaborative projects or get-away days; a formal space for an important business meeting or a larger event with syndicate workshop rooms - we are able to work with you to provide a bespoke experience in the heart of a traditional Oxford University College.
Catering ranging from tea & coffee, working lunches to formal dining can be arranged. Our experienced team will be on hand to ensure your event goes without a hitch - renowned for outstanding food and friendly service - Brasenose College is the perfect venue for any meeting or conference event in Oxford.
Our meeting rooms can be setup as required and come complete with flipchart and stationery as standard. Some rooms are equipped with built in projectors and screen and we can source any additional equipment on request.
If our meeting facilities are not sufficient for your event, then we do have working partnerships with larger facilities: the Oxford Martin Schooland The Oxford Union. Whilst neither have any accommodation, both venues have large lecture theatres and meeting space for up to 150, situated in the centre of Oxford, and are within minutes walk of Brasenose College.
Offering the balance of a traditional College overnight stay and the grandeur of dining in our historic Hall, combined with use of impressive meeting space at either venue during the day can provide a truly memorable experience for your delegates. We are happy to liaise with our partners and ensure the event is well coordinated on all fronts.
