The paving and garden walling is continuing well within the courtyard. Paving has been laid on the plinth in conjunction with the external lighting, and the works to the planter will allow this to be completed.
The 2nd floor oak slatted ceilings have been completed. Adjacent to stair 1, the Lunax glass doors and frames have started to be installed.
On the ground floor, the paving has been completed around the stair 1 landing and is still progressing along the east walkway.
In the bedrooms, final finishes and fixtures are being carried out. Snagging of rooms is progressing in advance of final cleaning.
Also, within lower ground, commissioning of the BMS and mechanical plant is 
Stannah completed the lift installation and commissioned it. It is now operating, including the Emergency alarm via the College provided SIM card.
The first tranche of room furniture has been delivered to college and will be stored ahead of installation once the building is completed and handed to college.
