Within the courtyard, paving has been progressing through the central area.
The solar thermal pipework on the roof has been insulated and this completes the installation.
Internally the walkways and staircases are being worked on and completed.
In the bedrooms, final finishes and fixtures are being carried out. Shelving will progress shortly after the last coat of stain, which is currently being applied to the obeche walling. Final cleans will be carried out shortly.
Also, within the lower ground floor, commissioning of the mechanical plant has commenced; this is expected to take about a 
month to complete.
