This week, aluminium channels, corner angles and cladding at high levels will be completed to enable some scaffolding to be struck. Cedar cladding is in progress around the courtyard.
In the bedrooms, works are continuing on all floors with 2nd fix works and timber finishing’s progressing.
The obeche wall linings are now being installed on the first floors with desk installation complete throughout.
Ceramic tiling is continuing within the ensuites and 
ceilings are being painted together with the fitting of sanitaryware, 2nd fix of electrics and lighting.
Externally within the courtyard, the bricklayers have continued with stone and blockwork construction of the garden walls.
