The solar thermal tubes are now being installed within the frames on the roof, and the external aluminium channels, corner angles and Cedral cladding at high levels around the courtyard have progressed.
In the bedrooms, works are continuing on all floors, with 2nd fix works and timber finishing’s progressing.
The engineered oak floors are virtually complete on the ground floor.
Ceramic tiling has continuing within the ensuites, and 
now ceilings are being finished together with sanitaryware fitting. 2nd fix of electrics and lighting is also in progress on the second floor.
Externally the bricklayers have commenced the garden wall construction with angle fitting initially. Stone and blockwork will follow this week.
