Mid-week saw the arrival and installation of the sedum roof on both upper and lower levels. This allows the completion of the solar array this week. Downpipes and external guttering have been measured and are now being procured.
The walkways have seen the initial balustrade posts and stainless handrails installed. Infills and staircase balustrading will follow shortly.
In the bedrooms, works are continuing on all floors, with 2nd fix works and timber finishing’s progressing.
The engineered oak floors have been completed on second and first floors, and are now 
progressing through the ground floor level.
Most of the ensuites have been tiled and had the plasterboard ceilings installed. The remaining ones will be completed this week.
Within lower ground, the limestone tiling is continuing within the kitchen and ceramic tilers are working through the ensuites.
Carpenters are progressing with the 2nd fix works in the bedrooms.
