Internally, works are continuing on all floors, with 2nd fix works and decoration progressing well.
Screeding of the two staircases has been carried out together with the south and east ground floor corridors.
A majority of the bedroom ceilings have been decorated and light fitting installation has followed close behind.
The engineered oak floors have been installed on the second floor and the obeche timber walls are progressing behind. The flooring is now progressing onto the first floor.
Ceramic tiling is continuing within the ensuites.
Within lower ground, the limestone tiling within the bedrooms has been completed and progressing along walls in the lobbies.
This week should see further progress on the above and the delivery of the sedum roof material.
