The weather has turned cold and frosty which has had an impact on the ability of some trades to work effectively; mainly the installation of roof lights and ancillary roof finishes.
Internally the temporary heating system has allowed works to continue productively. Velfac window frame flashings were completed and snagging of fixings completed.
Corridor studwork walls in front of the plaster boarding has continued with insulation and ply covering to follow this week.
Doors and frames are being installed throughout this week.
Plumbing and ventilation 1st fix has progressed within the en-suite bathrooms. Timber framing is following to allow the tiling to commence; if the temperature increases.
Electrical wiring works have continued on all floors.
