Dr Peleg Michaeli

BSc TAU, MSc TAU, PhD TAU

Junior Kurti Research Fellow

I completed my BSc, MSc, and PhD in Pure Mathematics at Tel Aviv University, working with Michael Krivelevich and Asaf Nachmias on random walks, spanning trees, and related topics. After earning my doctorate I held a postdoctoral appointment in Combinatorics at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

I joined Oxford in 2023 as a Postdoctoral Research Associate with Peter Keevash, and I am now a Nicholas Kurti Junior Research Fellow at Brasenose College and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow. My research focuses on Extremal and Probabilistic Combinatorics, especially random structures and graph processes.

I am a Nicholas Kurti Junior Research Fellow in Mathematics, working on extremal and probabilistic combinatorics at the University of Oxford.
