What would you tell someone thinking about applying?
Go for it! Oxford is a brilliant uni and having the collegiate system provides you with a family right from the get-go. (Also, when you do apply, apply for Brasenose – it’s the friendliest college for a reason.)
A quality you think is important for someone looking to study at Oxford?
The ability to not be too hard on yourself. You need to be able to cope with not always doing the best in your subject, and not overwork yourself, since there will always be more work to do, but the ability to not burn yourself out all the time would be a great start.
