Meeting rooms

Whether you need space for an educational programme, collaborative project work, formal business meetings or a larger conference with workshop rooms, we can provide the right setting in a traditional Oxford college.

Our experienced team will ensure your event runs smoothly. Catering is available from tea and coffee through to working lunches and formal dining.

All meeting rooms come equipped with flip charts and stationery. Several rooms have built-in projectors and screens, and we can source additional equipment on request.

Partner venues

For larger events, we work with the Oxford Martin School, Oriel College and The Oxford Union. Both are within minutes’ walking distance of Brasenose and offer lecture theatres and meeting space for up to 150 people.

You can combine their facilities during the day with accommodation and dining at Brasenose. We’ll coordinate with our partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Available July, August, September plus Easter and Christmas holidays.
