Director of Music
I am the Director of Music at Brasenose College, Oxford, a position I hold alongside the posts of Organist and Director of the Junior Choir at St Martin-in-the-Fields, Director of the Junior Choir at St Luke’s and Christ Church, Chelsea, and Director of Thetford Voices (www.thetfordvoices.co.uk). In July 2022, I graduated with a distinction from the Royal College of Music, where I studied organ performance with David Graham and Andy Dewar. I am also a Fellow of the Royal College of Organists. Prior to my career as an organist and conductor, I studied Natural Sciences at Magdalene College, Cambridge, where I achieved first class honours in my MSci and BA degrees.
As Organist of St Martin-in-the-Fields, I regularly accompany St Martin’s Voices for concerts, recordings, and radio broadcasts. I am also an active recitalist: performances in 2023 include solo recitals at the Three Choirs Festival and St John’s Smith Square. I am particularly interested in Baroque organ music; I was an Emerging Artist with the London Bach Society in 2021 and performed a Bach Corner Recital at the 2019 International Organ Festival in St Albans.
