This Gaudy is now fully booked. You can book a waitlist ticket.
The Gaudy is free. If you would like to stay in College overnight, bed and breakfast accommodation is available at a cost of £65 per person.
Programme
- 6.00pm Service in Chapel (Evensong)
- 6.30pm Drinks reception
- 7:30pm Dinner in Hall
- The College bar will be open after dinner
Please note that this event has had unprecedented response. The Hall has limited capacity, so if the number of people booking exceeds the capacity we may need to make some accommodations as to where you are seated.
CORRECTION: We have mistakenly charged a number of guests for this Gaudy. For clarity, the Gaudy is free to attend. Overnight accommodation and breakfast costs £65 per person. All those who have been charged incorrectly to attend the evening will be refunded in the coming days. There is no need to contact us to request a refund. Accommodation charges will not be refunded. We are very sorry for the confusion.
Accommodation
Update: ***Due to the popularity of this event, we have sold out of both dinner and accommodation spaces. Please select waiting list dinner ticket and a waiting list accommodation ticket if you would like to be put on the waitlist for the dinner and the waitlist for overnight accommodation. You will not be charged for waitlist tickets.
Booking only a waiting list ticket for accommodation will not reserve a place at dinner.
We will let those on the waiting list know if any spaces become available.***
The College is delighted to offer bed and breakfast accommodation for the night of 25 September 2026 (only) for £65 per person (not per room). Please note that, as we offer student rooms, accommodation is not always en-suite and can be up narrow staircases. We have limited spaces for accommodation, so make sure to book early.
Breakfast in Hall at 8:30am – 9:30am on Saturday 26 September 2026.
T&Cs
- The Gaudy dinner is for Brasenose alumni, but unfortunately guests cannot be included. Space is limited so places and accommodation will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- This event will close for registrations on Friday 18 September 2026.
- Invitations for this event will be mailed in good time, if you have not received an invitation and believe that you should have, please contact the Alumni Relations & Development Office.
