Classico Latino present a programme that draws on a wide range of Latin American musical styles, combining classical technique with music rooted in popular and regional traditions. Their repertoire moves between familiar forms such as the Bolero and Tango and less frequently heard rhythms including the Pasillo and Joropo, reflecting the diversity of musical life across the continent.

About the Platnauer Concerts
The Platnauer Concerts were established in memory of Maurice Platnauer, Principal of Brasenose College from 1956 to 1960. Held on Friday evenings during term, the concerts are open to all.
