We admit six students each year, with tutors working in fields including neuroscience and clinical medicine.
Applicants will need to take the BMAT. Further information on entry requirements is available on the central Oxford University website.
A vast array of speciality training pathways are available after obtaining a medical qualification, ranging from general practice or emergency medicine through obstetrics or ophthalmology to paediatrics or psychiatry. Graduates need not remain confined to the clinic, the ward or the operating theatre: some end up leading the education of the next generation of doctors or directing biomedical research.
Study molecular and cellular processes through a four-year integrated master’s combining rigorous theory with practical laboratory and research work.
From molecules and genes to ecosystems and biodiversity, combining theoretical study with practical field experience in the UK and abroad.
Training in theoretical and experimental physics from quantum mechanics to astrophysics, with tutors researching condensed matter and quantum theory.
