Brasenose College seeks to appoint a full time Finance Assistant responsible for the Accounts payable function.
You will have had some experience of a finance operations role and an interest in working within an Oxford college. Strong computer skills are essential including a good working knowledge of Excel.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for invoice and data entry, filing and archiving, ordering and managing stationery and general support to the Finance Bursary team. Full training and supervision will be given.
This is an excellent entry level position and study support may be provided following successful completion of the probation period.
The appointment will be made on University Grade 3 scale (£19,202 - £22,017) per annum depending on experience.
