Honorary Fellow | 2025 Sir Dave Ramsden (PPE, 1983) joined the Bank of England on 4 September 2017 as Deputy Governor for Markets and Banking. In this capacity, he serves on the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), the Financial Policy Committee (FPC), the Prudential Regulation Committee (PRC), and the Court of the Bank of England. He also chairs the RTGS/CHAPS Board and holds executive responsibility for the Bank’s Markets, Banking, Payments, and Resolution directorates. Before his appointment, Sir Dave was Chief Economic Adviser at HM Treasury from 2007 to 2017. He was knighted in the 2015 New Year Honours for services to economic policymaking.

Honorary Fellow | 2025 Professor Richard Robson (1955) earned both a BA and DPhil in chemistry at Oxford. After postdoctoral research at the California Institute of Technology and Stanford University, he joined the University of Melbourne in 1966, where he built a long and influential academic career. Robson is widely recognised as a pioneer in the field of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), a class of materials with broad applications in gas storage, catalysis and materials science. In 2025, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his foundational contributions to this field. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 2022 in recognition of his outstanding scientific achievements.

Honorary Fellow | 2025 Dame Antonia Romeo DCB (PPE, 1993) is a senior British civil servant who, as of April 2025, serves as Permanent Under-Secretary of State at the Home Office, the most senior official responsible for delivering its strategic objectives. She has held several top leadership roles across government, including Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Justice and at the Department for International Trade. Her earlier career in public service has included roles such as British Consul-General in New York, Director-General of Economic and Domestic Affairs in the Cabinet Office, and work on major policy priorities across Whitehall. Dame Antonia began her career as an economist and has degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics. She also holds leadership positions on the Civil Service Board and in wider civic organisations.
