  • 6:00pm Evensong in the Chapel

  • 6.30pm Drinks reception with an address from John Bowers, QC

  • 7:30pm Dinner in Hall

  • The College bar will be open after dinner

The College is delighted to offer bed and breakfast accommodation for the night of 21 September.

  • B&B Single (student room) - £35.00 per person plus online booking fee of £1.25

  • You can collect the keys to your room from the Lodge at any time after 2.00pm

  • For those staying overnight, breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am in Hall

  • Rooms need to be vacated by 10.00am on Saturday morning and keys returned to the Lodge

  • Please note that bedrooms may be up narrow staircases, please let us know if you need a ground floor room when you book

Dress Code:

  • Black Tie (no gowns)


  • The Gaudy dinner is free for alumni but unfortunately guests cannot be included. Space is limited so places and accommodation will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • Please register by Friday 7 September 2018. Refunds can be requested for cancellations made prior to 7 September 2018.

  • Invitations for this event will be mailed during March 2018, if you have not received an invitation and believe that you should have, please contact the Alumni Relations & Development Office.

  • Alumni are welcome to pay for their accommodation by sending a cheque for £35.00, made payable to Brasenose College, to The Alumni Relations & Development Office, Brasenose College, Radcliffe Square, Oxford OX1 4AJ. Please make sure you inform us of any dietary, access or other requirements at the time of booking.
