Classics Reunion

Brasenose Members are cordially invited to attend a Classics Reunion on Saturday 1 May 2010. This is a wonderful opportunity for Old Members to return to College, catch up with old friends, and meet the College's current classicists.

We will begin the day at 11 am with coffee and a welcome from Dr Ed Bispham and Dr Llewelyn Morgan. This will be followed by a talk by Dr Thomas Johansen on 'Plato's Cave'. We will break for lunch at 1.30 pm and will reconvene afterwards to hear Professor Alan Bowman speak on 'Boom and Bust in the Roman Economy'. We will conclude the day with tea and closing remarks at approximately 4 pm.

Tickets for the day's events (including coffee, 2-course lunch with wines, and tea) are £35 per person and can be booked online (http://classicsreunion2010.eventbrite.com) or by post. As space is limited, please book early to avoid disappointment.
